Turkish Riviera (Turkey)

Along the Turkish Riviera, night-time revellers will find a wide range of pubs, clubs and cocktail bars in Antalya, Side and Alanya as well as in most coastal resorts.
The 'nightclub stretch' in Alanya begins east of the town in Dim çay and to kick off the evening, the street cafes and teahouses between the harbour and Belediye provide the perfect meeting point. A particular gem is Club 29 in Antalya as it doesn't just offer a spectacular range of dishes, but also unique surroundings. Guests normally dine in the beautifully lit vaults or on terraces with idyllic views out over the sea. The club also comprises an outdoor club and a nightclub.
Those who prefer something a little quieter will not be stuck for choice on the 'turquoise coast', as most of the restaurants are open late into the night. The old fishing villages are less touristy, but offer good local restaurants with fresh fish dishes and spectacular views over the Mediterranean sunset. Ideal during the daytime and even more refreshing than a whole nights sleep, is an excursion to the waterfalls of Manavgat. Here, visitors are able to enjoy the cool breeze and freshly prepared river trout under the shade of a tree with the roaring river in the background.
