Hurghada (Egypt)

Night revellers will find the most restaurants, nightclubs and discos in Downtown Hurghada as well as around the Empire Shopping Centre.
The undisputed number 1 nightclub is the D.O.M. in the Intercontinental Hotel where dancers cavort on the vast dance floor from late in the evening. Kalaboush in Hotel Arabella that lies on the beach between Downtown and Sekalla is also a popular nightclub. Inside, the club looks like a prison. Papa's and Papa's II in the old town and Downtown present full evenings of live music bands.
In Hurghada's old town, Sekalla, there are also restaurants such as Summerland, Felfela and El Masry Oriental that serve traditional Oriental dishes. It is possible to try out a water pipe in a truly Egyptian atmosphere and to spend an evening relaxing. Tasty fish dishes are on offer in the Red Sea Restaurant and in El Sakia for example.
A particularly special experience is a visit to the Alf Layla Wa Layla, "Thousand and One Nights", Park in the south of Hurghada: in an Arabian bazaar atmosphere, guests may stroll around souvenir shops, cafés and restaurants as well as enjoy an evening of entertainment in the arena where actors and artists show historical scenes from the times of the pharaohs as well as spectacular horse riding displays.
